However, because our scarves are made from 100% silk and may include detailed artwork, printing, stitching, and finishing, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

Colors may also appear differently depending on:

  • Screen brightness

  • Display settings

  • Photography lighting

  • Manufacturing or printing variations

Such minor differences are not necessarily considered defects.

Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, packaging, and other information are provided for general reference and may be updated when necessary.

3. Limited Availability

Certain Eman Jaloudi products may be produced in limited quantities.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to:

We do not guarantee that previously available products will be restocked.

4. Pricing & Errors

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur involving:

  • Inventory

  • Shipping charges

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Eman Jaloudi does not directly control the operation of third-party payment processing systems.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are subject to our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, circumstances including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other matters outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Purchases are subject to our separate Return & Exchange Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, all sales are final with respect to refunds to the original payment method.

Eligible merchandise may qualify for online store credit when returned according to the requirements and deadlines stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Promotions, Discount Codes & Offers

Promotional offers, sales, giveaways, and discount codes may be subject to additional terms.

  • Graphics

  • Packaging

  • Marketing materials

  • Social media content

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works based on our protected content without prior written permission.

Purchasing an Eman Jaloudi product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, designs, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

12. Social Media, Tags & User-Generated Content

We love seeing how our customers style and enjoy their Eman Jaloudi pieces.

If you voluntarily tag, mention, submit, send, or otherwise share content with Eman Jaloudi that features our products or brand, including by tagging one of our official social media accounts or using a campaign hashtag promoted by us, you acknowledge that we may view and engage with that content.

By intentionally tagging or submitting such content to Eman Jaloudi, you grant Eman Jaloudi, to the extent permitted by applicable law, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, display, reproduce, crop, resize, format, and feature that content for our brand and promotional purposes.

This may include use on:

  • Our social media accounts

  • Our website

  • Product pages

  • Email marketing

  • Digital advertisements

  • Promotional graphics

  • Brand presentations

  • Other Eman Jaloudi marketing channels

You continue to own your original content.

Where reasonably practical, we may credit or tag the original creator, although attribution cannot be guaranteed in every format.

By submitting or tagging us in content intended to be shared with our brand, you represent that:

  • You created the content or have permission to share it

  • You have the right to grant us permission to use it

  • Any individuals visibly featured in the content have authorized its publication where required

  • The content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights

We will not claim ownership of your original photographs or videos merely because you tag Eman Jaloudi.

If you would like us to stop using a particular piece of customer-submitted content in future promotional materials, you may contact us and identify the content in question. We will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use, although previously published or distributed materials may not always be capable of immediate removal.

13. Reviews, Comments & Submissions
